Do to Congress's New Financial Regulations and all of the new added costs and time of doing a home mortgage. I have had to lay off most of my employees and cut back on most new small loan business. My small Mortgage company "Bayview Mortgage, Inc." can't afford to support both GeneXvaccine, Inc. and  The Maynez Foundation, Inc. I am presently looking for a managing partner to take over GeneXvaccine.

I currently have  locations in Gaithersburg, Maryland and Dallas, Texas. The new managing vaccine company would have to be located in either location since My blood has a shelf life of 72 hours.  This way, I can supply blood on a weekly time table.

The new managing company will have all authority over the pricing of the service and all donated services.
